10 Minute Meals

Move over Rachael Ray, we’ve cut your time in one third!

 



The last thing you want to do is slave over a stove when you get home from work.  Here are a few quick meals the entire family will love
.  They’re so quick, you don’t even need a traditional recipe.

Mexican Pork Chops:
Rub thin-cut pork chops with Mexican seasoning or chili powder. Brown chops in nonstick skillet. Serve with mixture of rinsed canned black beans, diced avocado, red onion, chopped cilantro and oil and vinegar dressing.

Speedy Left Over Chicken or Turkey Pot Pie:
Mix canned condensed cream of chicken soup with a little milk in large skillet until creamy. Stir in frozen mixed vegetables and cubed cooked chicken or turkey; heat until hot. Spoon over warmed purchased biscuits.

Hot Ham Roll Ups:
Spread flour tortillas with Thousand Island dressing. Top with sliced ham or corned beef, sliced Swiss cheese and deli coleslaw. Roll up; microwave 1 minute to melt cheese.

Pasta With Tomatoes And Arugula:

Saute grape tomatoes in large skillet with a little olive oil and minced garlic just until tomatoes start to burst. Add baby arugula, salt and pepper. Cook until wilted. Toss with cooked fresh pasta and heat-and-serve bacon.
