Natural Headache and Migraine Cures

Before you grab the pain medication, try these natural techniques for relief.


Headache treatments:
-Sew an eye pillow filled with dried lavender and put it in your freezer.  When you experience a headache, use it as a cold compress.  The relaxing scent of lavender will also aid in your relief.
